Recommendations involving structural modifications, electrical work, plumbing, construction, installation, building codes, or safety should be reviewed and performed by appropriately qualified professionals.

4. Measurements and Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for verifying all measurements, dimensions, quantities, clearances, installation requirements, and product compatibility before purchasing or installing any recommended item.

Philomena & Co. is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete measurements, photographs, room information, or other information supplied by a client.

5. Product Recommendations and Purchases

Philomena & Co. may recommend furniture, décor, lighting, textiles, artwork, accessories, paint colors, and other products from third-party retailers.

Product availability, pricing, colors, dimensions, materials, shipping costs, delivery times, return policies, warranties, and other product information are controlled by the applicable retailer or manufacturer and may change without notice.

Clients and website visitors are responsible for reviewing all product information and retailer policies before making a purchase.

Philomena & Co. is not the seller or manufacturer of third-party products and is not responsible for product defects, shipping delays, discontinued products, damaged merchandise, inaccurate retailer information, returns, refunds, warranties, or disputes between a purchaser and a third-party retailer.
